Originally from South Africa, Charl together with his wife Norita, felt God's call to move to the Island in 2022. His career in SEN education and 16 years of ministerial experience in various roles, has formed in him a heart for discipleship and teaching God's word.

Operations & Administration
With a background in diverse fields ranging from customer relations, hospitality, hotel management, book keeping, TEFL, a career in nursing and youth ministry, Norita brings a vast array of experience to this busy hands on role.
Alex Stevens
Finance Officer
The numbers guy, Alex, comes with a wealth of finance and business experience. He has a passion for stewarding the church's financial resources with integrity, to ensure the church can serve those who God has placed along our path well.
Ros Mcmorrin
Designated Safeguarding Lead
Through her career as a SEN Teacher and years of ministry experience in safeguarding, Ros has the perfect mixture of knowledge, compassion and professionalism to head up her department and ensure that any safeguarding issue brought to her is handled with extreme care and confidentiality.
Rachel Stevens
Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
Rachel's 17 years of experience in ministry, as well as a career in dental nursing and management, have equipped her with everything she needs to help head up our safeguarding department. Her professionalism, paired with her love for people ensures that any safeguarding issue can be brought to her in confidence.
